Close collaboration with our customer ERG, one of the leading wind energy operators in Europe, has led to the order for 18 V100–2.0 MW turbines with a hub height of 110 meters for the Laszki project that will be located in the province of Podkarpackie.
“We are proud to continue our valued partnership with ERG on the Laszki wind project and will utilise our strong service capabilities and extensive market experience in Poland to maximise our customer’s return on investment”, says Nils de Baar, President of Vestas Northern & Central Europe. “This order once again demonstrates that Vestas is a reliable partner in auctions, delivering competitive wind energy solutions”.
The project will feature a VestasOnline® Business SCADA solution, lowering turbine downtime and thus optimising the energy output. The contract further includes supply, installation and commissioning of the wind turbines, as well as a long-term Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement.
Deliveries are expected to begin in the first half of 2021, while commissioning is planned for the second half of 2021.
